This is the first new work in 15 years for the children's musical productions of the Children's Theater Company 'Ookina Yume'
It's a heartwarming story that depicts 'dreams' as vast as the ocean and the 'depth of family love' quietly resting at the bottom of the sea.

Story
Taro Urashima, a young man who had loved the sea since childhood, dreamed of becoming a fisherman—but his father didn’t accept that dream. With a heavy heart, Taro wandered the beach, where he came across a turtle being bullied by some children and rescued it. In gratitude, the turtle invited him to the underwater paradise, the "Ryugu Castle."
In the palace beneath the sea, colorful fish danced and everything was bathed in beautiful light. The princess Otohime showed him around a strange garden where spring, summer, autumn, and winter all coexisted. As Taro strolled through this enchanting world, memories of the sea from his childhood began to well up in his heart.
